“What stands out here is the hotel's commitment to serving business travelers attending the Frankfurt Messe, but I think it offers more than just convenience. I particularly appreciate the modern design and eco-friendly approach, plus that Apfelwein at the bar sounds interesting. Review summary

Based on recent reviews

NH Frankfurt Messe garners praise for its convenient location, particularly for Messe Frankfurt visitors and its proximity to transport links like the metro. Guests often appreciate the comfortable, spacious rooms, many of which include amenities such as a kettle, coffee machine, and mini-fridge; some have also requested and received bathrobes and slippers. The breakfast receives positive mentions, and the REWE supermarket conveniently located opposite the hotel within the shopping center is a plus for many; however, a few guests have noted occasional noise from the street when windows are open.

a stay with some problems

broken air conditioning breakfast issues

the hotel was located near transit options, so getting around was easy.

the air conditioning did not work in my room and it was not addressed until i asked about it, no one told me in advance. the receptionist i encountered was not helpful with the issue. also, the breakfast was disappointing, as many items ran out and were not refilled promptly.

business stay specifics

trade fair easy transportation friendly staff

i like it was so close to the trade fair grounds. access to transportation, especially trams, was straightforward. the neighborhood felt really quiet at night. the staff showed a lot of friendliness, and my room included all necessities.

there are not enough parking places at the hotel, only a handful. this could be very difficult arriving by car. i think information about parking should be communicated more clearly.

Dining

8/10

breakfast offers a good selection, but food choices are somewhat limited. there is no restaurant inside the hotel, i needed to get food elsewhere. no snack options are available inside the hotel.

Service

9/10

the staff were efficient and very nice. check-in and check-out were very fast. the receptionists were frequently on the phone, , made contacting them difficult.

Rooms

9/10

the rooms were of a good size and they were clean. i had coffee and tea facilities, this was very helpful. the rooms were quiet despite the proximity to the festival hall.

Facilities

9/10

a shopping center sits just across the street, and i think it offers many dining options. the underground station is also close, it helps you reach the city center quickly. the hotel provides complimentary water, nice.
