i like it was so close to the trade fair grounds. access to transportation, especially trams, was straightforward. the neighborhood felt really quiet at night. the staff showed a lot of friendliness, and my room included all necessities.
there are not enough parking places at the hotel, only a handful. this could be very difficult arriving by car. i think information about parking should be communicated more clearly.

breakfast offers a good selection, but food choices are somewhat limited. there is no restaurant inside the hotel, i needed to get food elsewhere. no snack options are available inside the hotel.

the staff were efficient and very nice. check-in and check-out were very fast. the receptionists were frequently on the phone, , made contacting them difficult.

the rooms were of a good size and they were clean. i had coffee and tea facilities, this was very helpful. the rooms were quiet despite the proximity to the festival hall.
